CSB has released a new three-disc single-box set of DVDs
containing all safety videos produced to date for completed CSB accident
investigations. The set includes videos from the previous CSB DVD compilation,
as well as two new videos.
The videos feature detailed animation sequences to
demonstrate chemical processes and events leading up to explosions, fires and
releases, and they cover a wide range of different types of accidents.
