Drager, a safety
technology company, is hosting a free webinar, “Understanding Flashovers,” to educate
firefighters on the dangers associated with flashovers, when a room or
structure bursts into flame. The webinar, to be held Nov. 10, will explain the
warning signs to help firefighters and fire chiefs avoid injury or death. The
session will define flashovers and explain why they occur more frequently,
address safety precautions for handling these incidents, describe warning
signs, and provide instruction on observing fire behavior in a controlled
safety setting.
