ASSE’s Corporate Safety Management Program

To help connect the dots between business objectives and safety management, ASSE has developed a Corporate Safety Management seminar. This course provides a forum to share challenges, craft solutions and implement the necessary skills to be successful in positioning safety in an organization. Attendees learn through role play situations and thought-provoking exercises. “This seminar is different in that it does not teach safety,” says instructor Sam Gualardo, MA, CSP. “It primarily teaches leadership and personal development, with a touch of safety management best practices.” Attendees leave knowing how to influence a corporation’s culture to be more receptive to safety and health efforts, and to more effectively conduct industry safety networking and benchmarking.
