IRSST Guide on Identifying Carcinogens in the Workplace

IRSST has published a guide on work-related cancer and how to identify, prevent and reduce exposure to workplace carcinogens. The 14-page document, "Are There Carcinogens in Your Workplace?" is intended for occupational officers, workers and employers. The agency says that although developing work-related cancer is less obvious than more common workplace risks, such as slip, trips and falls, it is important for employers to identify carcinogens within the workplace and help reduce exposure.
