ACGIH Releases Chemicals Under Study List
The American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH) has released its two-tier Under Study list. The list provides information on chemical substances and physical agents to be considered for Threshold Limit Values (TLVs) and Biological Exposure Indices (BEIs). ACGIH says that TLVs and BEIs are "health-based values derived from ACGIH's conclusions of the exposure levels that typical workers can experience without adverse health effects."
