CSB has released its draft report of the Chevron Richmond refinery pipe rupture and fire incident that occurred on Aug. 6, 2012. The draft will be open for public comment until Friday, Jan. 3, 2014. All comments should be submitted to chevroncomments@csb.gov; all comments received will be reviewed and published on CSB's website.
