OSHA Seeks Public Comments to Help Prevent Chemical Incidents

In response to an executive order that aims to improve chemical facility safety and security, OSHA is seeking comments on possible revisions to its process safety management standard, related standards and additional policy options to help prevent chemical incidents. OSHA is also asking for input on specific rulemaking and policy options, and the workplace hazards they address. The public has 90 days to submit written comment once the request for information is published in the Federal Register.
