OSHA Extends Enforcement in Residential Construction

OSHA has decided to extend for 6 months its temporary enforcement measures in residential construction, which was a subject of a  new directive related to fall protection. Those measures include priority free on-site compliance assistance, penalty reductions, extended abatement dates, measures to ensure consistency and increased outreach.

OSHA's web page offers educational and training materials, and you can find fact sheets and various educational presentations on the Fall Protection in Residential Construction page.
