Hearing Conservation Association (NHCA) has issued guidelines to help
audiologists and other professional reviewers record hearing loss on the OSHA
300 Log. According to NHCA, occupational hearing losses are routinely underreported
and professionals have sometimes reported difficulties in determining
recordability and work relatedness.
