This month's Health and Safety To Go from CCOHS features a podcast on psychological health and safety. Merv Gilbert, Adjunct Professor at Simon Fraser University, joins CCOHS manager to discuss the powerful impact mental health problems have on the workplace, including poor employee performance, increased risk for accidents and higher costs for employers.
