Gilbert Huongbo, International Labor Organization Deputy Director-General for Field
Operations and Partnerships, is in Bangladesh to mark the 1-year anniversary of
the Rana Plaza building collapse, which killed more than 1,100 garment workers.
In a video from ILO News, Huongbo talks about the challenges facing employers, government
and the international community, and what can be done to help improve the safety
and health of workers not only in Bangladesh, but in other developing regions as
well.
