ASHRAE,
International Code Council (ICC) and
National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) are developing the proposed 2015 revision of ANSI/ICC 700, National Green Building Standard.
ANSI reports this is the first standard to cover green residential construction, development and remodeling. ANSI/ICC 700 became a standard in 2009, and ICC and NAHB were involved with the first two editions. This will be the first time ASHRAE participates in a revision.
