Updated Mezzanine White Paper Available

Advance Lifts has updated its Rider Mezzanine Lifts white paper to reflect recent changes to the International Building Code (IBC). IBC for 2015 now references ANSI MH29.1, Safety Requirements for Industrial Scissor Lifts, which reportedly helps clarify confusion with other codes such as those from ASME for elevators, vertical reciprocating conveyors or other types of scissor lifts. Along with the section on governing codes, the white paper discusses the main differences between scissor lifts and other types of lifts, and discusses the essential elements of a proper mezzanine lift.
