RAND Studies Workplace Wellness Programs

RAND Corp. conducted a study of employer wellness programs and published the results in a report, "Workplace Wellness Programs Study." The group has produced an infographic to illustrate some of the study's key findings. Among the findings:

• 51% of employers provide some form of wellness program to workers.
• 46% of employees participate in a clinical screening or health risk assessment.
• 16% of employees take advantage of disease management services.
