Patient Safety Videos Accessible Through New Safe Care Poster

The Safe Care Campaign offers its 2012 SAFE CARE Patient Safety Education Program for hospitals and medical facilities. In conjunction with Kimberly-Clark, The Joint Commission Speak Up Campaign, The Patient Channel and CDC, the education program provides a free poster that addresses nine common patient safety issues that can occur. The poster contains nine videos that are instantly accessible to patents through the use of QR Codes and a smartphone.

The poster is free, however customized posters also are available (for a fee) for those who wish to choose other modules from the program's library.
