Learn How Your Environment Affects Your Health

CDC's National Environmental Public Health Tracking Network provides information on how the air, water, food and other environmental elements where you live affect your health. The tracking system contains data on health conditions, environmental hazards (air pollution, carbon monoxide), exposures, and information on how age, race and behaviors may result in certain health problems. The network provides maps, charts and visual data, has tracking success stories, and it provides various resources to keep you informed.
According to CDC, the data indicators and measures were collected from health and environmental experts from states, cities and other agencies. In addition, state local tracking networks feed into the national network.
